- Chassis – The chassis is produced from a combination of Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.
- Walls – Panels are double skinned composing of outer and inner skin that is 0.40mm painted with 5-micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between outer and inner skin and comes in RAL 9002 Off-White colour.
- Roof – Panels are double skinned composing of outer and inner skin that is 0.40mm painted with 5-micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet , 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between outer and inner skin and comes in RAL 9002 Off-White colour.
- Door Panel – 0.6 mm galvanized steel panel shaped into a series of parallel ridges and grooves so as to give added rigidity and strength. Single door mounted into a steel frame with stainless steel hinges, complete with double locking mechanism and door handle, there is Glass-wool insulation inside of the door panel.
- Lifting Eyes – There are 4 lifting eyes connected to each corner on the roof
- Hatch Panel – Panels are double skinned composing of outer and inner skin that is 0.40mm painted with 5-micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet , 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between outer and inner skin and comes in RAL 9002 Off-White colour. The hatch is hinged to open upwards and can be secured from the inside with by two latches
