Frame Construction:
Sump: Constructed from 2 mm cold-formed, welded steel profiles.

Grates: Made of 2 mm cold-formed galvanized steel, spot welded.
Corners: Crafted from 1.5 mm cold-formed galvanized steel, linking the sump and lifting hooks.
Door frame: Built from 2 mm cold-formed, welded steel profiles, with a clear opening of 1846 * 1928 mm.
Door wings: Made of 0.6 mm cold-formed, spot-welded steel profiles.
Finish:
Roof frame, door frame and wings, corners, lifting hooks, and sump are electrostatic powder painted with 80 μm thickness (RAL 3000).
Sandwich panels are electrostatic powder painted with 25 μm thickness (RAL 9002). Custom colors available upon request.
