All our storage containers come with a 5 years guarantee for being wind and water-tight. We stand by the quality of our containers at the time of sale, so if a container naturally develops a hole within that period, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. (Of course, we fully expect you to enjoy many years of reliable use from any of our containers.)
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage from external factors—so if you accidentally drive a forklift into the container or a tree falls on it, unfortunately, that won’t be covered.
Returns Policy
If the container we supply does not match the description provided, we will either repair it to meet the specifications or replace it at our expense. In extreme cases, we may offer a full refund.
If the container is supplied as described and has not been modified, we accept returns at full value, minus any costs we incur due to the return.
For containers that have been modified as specified, returns will depend on our ability to restore the container to its original state or to find a new buyer for it.
For customized or refurbished units that are supplied as described, we will work to refund your payment as mentioned above. However, you may need to wait until we can re-sell the container before receiving a refund, which will still be minus any costs incurred from the return, including additional haulage and original delivery costs.
If you are collecting your storage container from one of our depots, your driver is welcome to inspect the container at the time of collection. Collection indicates acceptance of the container in its current condition. We will make reasonable allowances where possible.
If we deliver the container, please inspect it while the delivery driver is still on-site and report any issues immediately. Some common issues can be easily resolved by the driver during delivery.
